Combines fluid effort with self-inquiry to build internal strength,
awareness, and a sense of serenity.
Vinyasa style yoga is the linking together of breath and movement?. At
Soma Yoga we support
and guide each student through a complete exploration of movement and
philosophy. Beginner – No
yoga experience necessary.

Intermediate


For students who are ready to take their practice to the next level and
wish to focus on the
fundamentals of postures, pranayama &meditation.

Advanced


A vigorous Vinyasa class designed for the student with a more developed
yoga practice.

Yin-Restorative


Deep, luxurious asana sequences allow our body, mind and spirit to
release, heal and harmonize.
This class offers a journey toward the center of you, awakening the
living energy of creativity and
expression.

Mindful Mat
Pilates


Mindful Mat Pilates explores the form of lengthening and strengthening
the core of the body.
Energetically, we honor the attributes of the third chakra, which
offers a sense of balance, intuition
and mindful will.

Solar Flow


Celebrate each new day with a flowing series of postures, stretches,
and breathing techniques that
will energize the body and mind. The vigorous and creative sequencing
will offer modifications for all
levels of practice.

Adaptive Yoga


Children with special needs will learn relaxation techniques and body
strengthening exercises
leading to increased focus and self confidence. Interactive experience
will stimulate their relaxation
response and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment.

Prenatal Yoga


Prenatal yoga teaches us to listen deeply to and trust in our body’s
innate birthing wisdom. Through
the gentle work of yoga we awaken the body-mind connection and become
familiar with its language.
We can then gently quiet and find stillness, making room to listen and
to see. Yoga poses are taught
with an emphasis on mindfulness for increasing breath, flexibility,
deep relaxation and focus.
